Origin Data Partners helps established companies explore paid licensing opportunities for their operational data through initial fit reviews and introductions to companies that license business records for AI development.
You can submit company and contact details for Origin to review and follow up. Submitting an inquiry does not create a licensing agreement and does not authorize sharing company records.
Scope of an initial review.
An initial review considers company-level answers against what data licensing programs are known to look for. It does not establish rights clearance, buyer acceptance, a valuation, or payment.
Origin is an independent referral business. It is not a buyer, an AI laboratory, a data processing platform, a law firm, or a negotiator acting for either party. Educational content on this site is general information, not personalized legal, tax, or financial advice.
Information and authority.
Provide accurate company-level information and flag uncertainty. Do not submit confidential records, customer information, credentials, information you are not authorized to share, or false or duplicate requests.
Your company is responsible for involving appropriate reviewers and obtaining approvals before any later sharing or agreement. Having access to a system does not by itself give licensing authority.
An introduction is not a license.
Origin introduces your company to a receiving company only with your approval of the recipient and the information shared. The receiving company evaluates the opportunity and proposes terms. Origin cannot bind either party.
Price, permitted use, exclusivity, data handling, retention, onward transfer, payment, termination, and withdrawal are set in the actual agreement between your company and the receiving company. Tell Origin about any earlier contact with a program so referral attribution can be checked.
Compensation.
The initial review and any introduction are free to the data owner. Origin may receive referral compensation from the receiving company if that company’s program conditions are met. Read the referral disclosure. Origin does not promise a purchase, amount, timetable, or recurring revenue.
Limits of the service.
The website and service are provided as is. Origin does not guarantee that a buyer will be interested, that an offer will be made, or that any figure published on this site will apply to your company. Published ranges come from public reports and program pages and can change.
To the extent permitted by law, Origin is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or an introduction, or for the terms, conduct, or payments of any receiving company.
